Business condition
I. GOODS ORDERING
Only registered users are able to order goods in POHODA SHOP, after logging in the POHODA SHOP system.
New customer can register before the purchase or in the process of ordering (by filling in the form that is a part of order form).
Christmas announcement: Orders recieved after 18.12.2009 will be shipped 5.1.2010.
II. PAYMENT OPTIONS AND SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Customer of POHODA SHOP can choose from couple of payment possibilities:
Cash on delivery
It is possible to order goods in POHODA SHOP and to pay cash on delivery only in Slovakia.
Bank Transfer - TatraPay
Tatra Bank's clients can pay in POHODA SHOP by a bank transfer with the system TatraPay. Your stuff will be dispatched after the payment will be accredited to the account of POHODA SHOP.
PayPal
In POHODA SHOP we accept PayPal system.
Administration fee for payment with PayPal system is 3,4% of total price amount of the order + basic fee 0,38 €

CZECH REPUBLIC: 7,3 € / 220,- SKK + 70,- CZK the Czech Post fee

Prices are for 1 piece VAT including, shipment and handling not included.
III. DELIVERY TIME
Dispatching day is Friday.If the order is registered on Friday at 12am, your stuff will be dispatched in the given week. If you place your order later (Friday afternoon or weekend) goods will be dispatched next week.
Standard delivery time within the Slovak Republic is the third day after dispatching (D + 3; Slovak Post Pricelist).
Standard delivery time to the Czech Republic is 5 - 8 days, other Europe 9 - 13 days, the supposed delivery time to other countries is approximately 25 days after dispatching.
IV. LIABILITY
Complains on delivery
Items from POHODA SHOP are delivered by the means of the Slovak Post. It can happen that the order will be damaged. In such case, please, proceed as follows:
1. Open and inspect the order in front of the postman.
2. If the packaging is damaged (torn, wet,...) fill in together with postman the Report on Damage.
If you are not fully satisfied with the delivered order, please, write to shop@pohodafestival.sk. As the Subject write "Complain on Delivery", describe the problem and provide us with the contact information and the order number. We will solve the problem with the shipper and we will inform you about the next proceeding.
Complaints about quality / functionality of goods
When you have any complaints about quality / functionality of the delivered stuff send us the stuff recorded delivery to the POHODA SHOP address (delivery cost is paid by the sender):

Stuff should be sent in original packaging, with exact description of the flaw (can be hand written), do not forget to provide the contact information. Complaints are not legitimate if the flaws were caused by unprofessional manipulation or the damages were caused by shipper. Complains will be administered not later than within 30 days since the complain receiving, if the seller and buyer will not agree otherwise.
We will inform you about all the steps we take. After the successful complain managing your stuff will be send to your address, shipping and handling will be paid by POHODA SHOP.
V. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
When registering as a customer of POHODA SHOP you agree with including your personal data to database of POHODA SHOP. All information about you and your purchases are protected by the law on Personal Data Protection 428/2002 of the Code as amended by further regulations, so in no case will be provided to the third party.
